I have a vast music library, and a fairly deep knowledge of many genres. When appropriate I will include some indie and alternative rock sounds into my mix, but I’m completely comfortable navigating from Sinatra and The Beatles into George Strait or MGMT, while keeping things current with all the current hit songs.
I avoid the over-played, cliché and cheezy party hits (unless you specify that you want to hear them!), and I have a knack for mixing in great lesser-played songs in a manner that keeps the energy on the dance floor building. If I’m your wedding DJ, you and your friends and family are guaranteed a great time!
I bring a compact, great-sounding, modern sound system with me to the event, and am completely self-contained. I don’t even need a table. As long as there is a place to plug in, I’m good to go. I keep all cables taped down and out of sight, and even bring back-up components just in case anything goes wrong.
My standard system is ample for most venues, and I have enough speakers and amplifiers to fill a concert hall or small arena. I use equipment by industry leaders like Pioneer, Serato, QSC, and Shure to provide you and your wedding guests with the highest quality sound possible. I couldn’t call myself an Austin Wedding DJ if I didn’t service the greater Austin, Texas area. That isn’t just Austin, but all of the surrounding communities. I regularly DJ in Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg, Georgetown, and everywher in between. I’ll travel as far as you need me to go! I’ve DJ’ed in Los Angeles, New York, and elsewhere, and will travel internationally if you want me for your special event.
